Next week, you will receive an invitation to take this year's Faculty and Staff Customer Satisfaction Survey. It will have instructions and the link to the survey. The purpose of this survey is to establish an objective framework for continually assessing the effectiveness of campus administrative services. This year, 73 administrative units/programs from the following Vice Chancellor areas will be included in the survey: Academic Affairs; Advancement; Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion; Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer; Student Affairs; Research Affairs; and Resource Management and Planning. Your confidential survey responses will contribute to departments' efforts to improve business processes and customer service. The results from previous years of conducting the Customer Satisfaction Survey have helped participating departments use data to prioritize initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. Last year, over 2,280 faculty and staff provided feedback.
