The UC San Diego Staff Association recently changed from a voluntary, paid membership to an opt-out membership that has been extended to all career staff employees. With the boost in membership, we believe it is more important than ever to hear feedback from staff about how the Staff Association can more effectively pursue its mission of creating community, promoting staff interests, and providing opportunities for professional networking and development.

Career staff members may submit ideas beginning today (June 21) through Tuesday, July 12, 2016. From July 13-19, you may continue to vote and comment on ideas. Top ideas will be reviewed by the Staff Association Executive Board and staff volunteers to determine ideas that may be implemented by the Staff Association and the ideas which necessitate partnerships with other campus units.
