Availability of Current & Pending Support Report Suite

I am pleased to announce the availability of a new suite of reports to further reduce administrative burdens by streamlining the creation and delivery of Current & Pending Support information to researchers and research support staff.

The Current & Pending Support Report Suite contains 6 distinct reports designed to meet the needs of different audiences including the Researcher, Department Chair, Fund Manager and Department Business Officer. The reports include:

* Pending Support - My Proposals
* Pending Support - Selected PIs
* Pending Support - Selected Units
* Current Support - My Awards
* Current Support - Selected PIs
* Current Support - Selected Units

Individual researchers named on one or more proposals or awards can view their portfolio of current awards and pending proposals using the "My Awards" and "My Proposals" reports.

Because sponsored research reports can contain sensitive data, access to the "Selected PIs" and "Selected Units" reports are limited to those users who have a legitimate business need to see this information (e.g. Department Chairs, Business Officers and research administrators).
