Revised Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) Section 200-13 Conflict of Interest Policy

The University invites comments on proposed revisions to the UC San Diego Conflict of Interest Policy (PPM200-13). This proposed policy was reviewed and revised at the request of the Office of Research Affairs, and has been reviewed by the UC San Diego Academic Senate. This policy has been revised in an effort to ensure current University policy and procedures provide clear and consistent guidance to all faculty and staff regarding University conflict of interest matters.
