With great support and feedback from campus, Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) will be completing the merging of UC San Diego’s application for claiming entertainment expenses, MyEvents, into the general application for reimbursements, MyPayments, on Monday, May 15. This change simplifies the process of reconciling event-related transactions while meeting compliance requirements specific to entertainment. Thank you for the personal feedback, team participation, and departments who contributed ideas on IdeaWave, attended focus groups, and shared in process design sessions with the IPPS project team.
Your combined input also led to several MyPayments enhancements which
can be reviewed on Blink at MyEvents will continue to be available for approval of any documents created prior to the transition and for the querying of all MyEvents documents. This new solution would not have been possible without the partnership and efforts from the ITS Financial Information Services team, and we would like to also thank them for their work.
