Corrected Notice: 2016-2017 Departmental Fiscal Closing with Corrected Links

The final 2016-2017 campus fiscal year-end closing schedule has been posted by the University of California Office of the President (UCOP). This schedule contains a compressed year-end timeline requiring us to complete the entire fiscal closing process one week earlier than previous years.

In order to meet the abbreviated UCOP closing timeline, General Accounting has established the local Year-End Fiscal Closing Ledger Cut-Off date as July 07, 2017. This date is one week before the UCOP Ledger cut-off date to allow Vice Chancellor business officers time to complete specific Year-End activities such as recharges, zero-out account balances, etc.
