UC San Diego's 2nd Annual Process Palooza Conference

Faculty, staff, students and alumni are invited to participate in the
second annual Process Palooza on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the
Price Center. The event brings together innovators and change champions
for a day-long conference, competition and expo focused on efficiency
and process improvement. The theme of this year's event is "Try It.
Learn It. Live It. Empowering Change for the Better."

Process Palooza is an outgrowth of UC San Diego's strategic planning
process and our desire to develop a shared vision around solutions to
major challenges across UC San Diego. It's an engaging event of ideas,
competitions and speakers.

Dynamic keynote speeches focused on continuous improvement at UC San
Diego and across higher education and health systems

Exciting talks and workshops covering Lean Six Sigma, lean
healthcare, innovative collaboration, and process analysis
