Inclusive Excellence Awards Nominations Reminder

As a reminder, the nomination period for the 24th Annual UC San Diego
Inclusive Excellence Awards is open. The deadline to nominate fellow
Tritons, deserving of this recognition, is December 7, 2018.

Each year, these awards recognize staff, academics, students,
departments, and organizational units or groups for their leadership in
advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion on campus and for their
strong commitment to diversity and inclusion at UC San Diego. Award
nominees create an inclusive experience for every member of our campus
community through the active promotion and engagement of the Principles
of Community, https://ucsd.edu/about/principles.html.

All nominations must be submitted by Friday, December 7, 2018. A review
committee of representatives across campus in all vice chancellor areas
will evaluate eligible nominations. Awardees will be recognized during a
ceremony on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., at the Price Center
Ballroom West.
