2018 UC San Diego Women's Conference - March 8, 2018

The Women’s Conference Planning Committee invites UC San Diego staff, faculty, and students to attend the 9th Annual UC San Diego Women's Conference: Be Bold For Change. Network with colleagues, attend informative workshops, and listen to guest speakers present on topics that are important to you and our campus community.

The 9th Annual UC San Diego Women's Conference will take place on Friday, March 8, 2018, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in and around the Price Center West Ballroom. In addition to numerous distinguished faculty and staff leading breakout sessions throughout the day, we are pleased to announce Executive Vice Chancellor Elizabeth Simmons will be the keynote speaker.

The tracks for the breakout sessions are Career Development, Wellness & Mindfulness, Get Involved - Be Prepared - Make a Change!, and Be Part of the Future with STEMM. The vendor fair will be open 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will include campus resources, local retailers, and handmade crafts.

Supervisors, upon request, may approve the use of such leave when the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties or patient care.
