Dear Colleagues,

We want to hear your ideas about how to overcome the obstacles and
barriers for choosing UC San Diego Health as your health care provider.

An IdeaWave campaign is launching today — dedicated to gathering ideas
and feedback on making UC San Diego Health your first choice as a health
care provider. If UC San Diego Health is not your health care provider,
we want to know your bold solution or idea that would result in you
making it your first choice. If UC San Diego Health is currently your
choice for health care, do you have an idea that would help improve the
challenges you face?

You can submit your ideas today through June 21. Check back regularly to
review other ideas and provide feedback by submitting comments to your
peers’ ideas. From June 22 through June 28, there will be a dedicated
voting and commenting period on all idea submissions. After the campaign
ends, an evaluation team will review ideas and comments for feasibility
and implementation.
