Call for Applications - Faculty Success Program and Faculty

Writing Retreat Faculty Success Program. Applications due June 20, 2018.

The Center for Faculty Diversity and Inclusion, a unit of VC-EDI, is
currently accepting applications for sponsored participation in the
Faculty Success Program taking place next fall, August 26 through
November 17, 2018.

This highly acclaimed program is an intensive 12-week virtual boot camp
offered by the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity
(NCFDD). It combines empirically-tested methods, coaching, peer support,
and online tools to help academics thrive in their careers and achieve
work-life balance.

Summer Writing Retreat. Applications due July 2, 2018.

We are also accepting applications for a Summer Writing Retreat, August
16 through August 18, for faculty investigating issues related to
diversity, race/ethnicity, or disparities in society. The goal of the
retreat is to provide time and space to write without distraction and to
establish a community of faculty engaged in diversity research who want
to support each other.
