Formal Review PPSM-30 Compensation

The University is proposing a revision to Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM)-30 Compensation which is applicable to staff members in the Professional & Support Staff and Managers & Senior Professionals personnel groups.

The revision is intended to support the University's commitment to pay equity by removing the annual salary increase limit (Section III.B.4.)
