Memorial Event to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Jeffrey L. Elman

Chancellor Khosla, Executive Vice Chancellor Simmons, and Dean Padden invite the campus community to an event that will celebrate the life and legacy of Distinguished Professor of Cognitive Science Jeffrey L. Elman. (See: http://socialsciences.ucsd.edu/news/jeff-elman-1948-2018.html)

The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 4, from noon to 2 p.m., in the San Diego Supercomputer Auditorium. Please RSVP by Monday, Oct. 1, to Special Events and Protocol at sep@ucsd.edu or 858-822-1400.

Please be aware that seating is limited and all campus attendees are encouraged to walk or shuttle to the venue, as event parking will be extremely limited. A video recording of the memorial will be available at a later date.
