Two-Step Login Takes Effect January 30, 2019

As a final follow up to the September 20 and December 11 campus notices,
please be advised that two-step login will become required on January
30, 2019, for campus VPN connections and single sign-on logins. Use of
two-step login applies to all faculty, staff, and student employees with
separate staff accounts. All students will be included later in 2019.

Over the coming year, all university services, including UCOP-provided
services such as benefits and payroll information, will become protected
by two-step login.

Enrolling in the service only takes a minute or two. Please be sure to
do so at least a couple of days before the January 30 deadline to ensure
continued access to university services. Enrolling now will allow you
plenty of time to test and become familiar with the service.
