Temporary Relocation of Campus Payroll Office

The Payroll Office will be moving March 8, 2019, to the Governor Park
Executive Center at 6165 Greenwich Drive, Suite 300. To accommodate
this move, the Payroll Office will close at 2:30 pm on Friday, March 8,
2019, and reopen at the new location at 8:00 am Monday, March 11, 2019.

This relocation will not change the normal distribution of paychecks.
However, to pick up a special check (such as final wages, missed time,
etc.) you will need to travel to this new location. We are happy to
inform you that parking is available, no permit required, and free of
charge. During our relocation, if the distance proves a hardship,
departments may choose to have special checks mailed to the timekeeper
or PPS contact. Off-cycle and special check requests submitted via ASK
will now allow a preferred delivery option to be stated.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent and responsive service to our
campus constituents and this move will not change that commitment to
you. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during
our temporary relocation. We anticipate returning to our space in
Torrey Pines Center South in January 2020.
