Winter Quarter Welcome Back

Dear Colleagues,

At this start of the second quarter of the academic year, I would like
to take the opportunity to remind you that all Senate members are
invited to attend Representative Assembly meetings. Attending
Representative Assembly meetings is a great way to stay informed and to
participate in the UCSD educational community. The remaining meeting of
the year will be held on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the Garren
Auditorium of the Biomedical Sciences Building (BSB) on the following
dates.

· February 18, 2020

· April 21, 2020

· June 9, 2020

Meeting agendas are posted on the Senate’s website five instructional
days before each meeting. The Senate’s website also provides
information on the structure of the Senate, the work performed by Senate
committees, and information on topics of interest to faculty.

for a new UC President and to view a letter from UC systemwide Academic
Senate Chair Kum-Kum Bhavnani.
