During the first week in December, the UCPath Center emailed Open Enrollment benefit confirmation statements to all staff and academics. This statement reflects the changes you made during the Open Enrollment period. If you did not submit any changes during Open Enrollment, your statement reflects your current 2020 benefits, which will roll over into the next plan year (with the exception of the Flexible Spending Accounts which require active enrollment each year). You are encouraged to review your Open Enrollment confirmation statement to ensure accuracy.
If you have identified an error with your benefit elections, please reach out to the UCPath Center using one of the following options:
- Submit an inquiry by visiting logging into UCPath and select “Ask UCPath” to submit an inquiry
- Speak with a UCPath associate by calling (855) 982-7284 (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST)
- Schedule a phone appointment: UC employees now have the option to schedule a phone appointment with the UCPath Center for assistance with submitted inquiries. Learn more about the new UCPath appointment feature »
