Reminder: Help Us Improve Voice Services (Phone, Voicemail, Call Center and More)
As a reminder, IT Services and Health IS are conducting a survey to assess voice services needs, such as phone, voicemail, call center and other solutions. The survey is available at the following link:
For more information, below is the text of the original November 9 campus notice:
It has been several years since IT Services and Health IS have conducted a complete review of the architecture and technologies used to provide voice communication services, such as local and long distance calling, voice devices, voicemail, call center software, and more. Our current voice technology is due for upgrades to provide the latest features and stability our customers need and we are very interested in collecting input so we can better align those services to current customer needs.
Additionally, the last several months of many personnel performing remote work have made it clear that we should no longer assume the old ways of doing business are the right ones for the future.
Tell Us Your Needs
Therefore, we’re conducting a complete review of how we provide voice services on campus and within the Health system. We need your help!
We want to hear from you, our customers, to let us know what is important to you about our services, what is missing, what needs to improve, and what we should leave unchanged. It is only with this feedback that we can provide you the world-class voice services you need to fulfill the university's mission.
To make it easy to provide us with this essential feedback, please complete this short online survey.
Note that early in the survey you’ll be asked whether you are assigned to “main campus” or the Health system so your responses can be appropriately routed between the campus and Health IT offices.
