ALL ACADEMICS AND STAFF AT UC SAN DIEGO

SUBJECT:    Availability of Package and Mail Distribution or Pickup

Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions is actively working to maintain
critical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to utilize
resources in the most efficient manner as departments move to a remote
work environment, and to implement social distancing, the following
adjustments are being made to package and mail distribution.

For labs and offices that will require continued package services,
complete the IPPS Logistics Essential Operations form:

This form gives two options:
1) Receiving and Distribution will
include your location as part of their daily route OR
2) schedule a pickup of packages at designated locations.

Campus mail will be available for pickup at Campus Services Complex,
Building A on Greenhouse Lane (https://go.ucsd.edu/3dhpIe6), Monday -
Friday between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Undergraduate student packages will be available for pickup at
Campus Services Complex, Building A on Greenhouse Lane
(https://go.ucsd.edu/3dhpIe6), Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

For students who have moved off campus and will not be
returning, please change your mailing address in TritonLink and update
any businesses that currently send your mail to campus.
