REVISED CONSTRUCTION ALERT – City of San Diego Fire Station – Geotechnical Investigation Along North Point Lane

Project Purpose
A geotechnical investigation of the 0.4-acre site proposed as the location for a new City of San Diego Fire Station.

Location and Duration
From October 13, 2021 – October 20, 2021, the contractor will be staging equipment and performing the investigation off the road and sidewalk along North Point Lane (Please see the Figures 1 & 2 linked below).

Immediate Parking Lot, Street Traffic and Pedestrian Impacts

The northernmost tennis court will not be available for use during this time as the investigation will be performed adjacent to them.
There will be no impact to vehicular or pedestrian traffic, however all temporary traffic controls and crewmember instruction should be observed.
Please reduce speeds and allow extra space when traveling adjacent to construction activity.
