CONSTRUCTION ALERT – Franklin Antonio Hall – Voigt Drive Single-Lane Closure between Engineer Lane and Equality Lane
Project Purpose The construction of Franklin Antonio Hall continues, with work expected to be complete by the spring of 2022. Starting next month, the construction crane will be disassembled and removed from the site, while water and power lines are connected.
Location, Duration and Impacts
During this work, traffic delays may occur due to intermittent single-lane closures on Voigt Drive between Engineer Lane and Equality Lane from May 1, 2021 to June 5, 2021.
Equality Lane and its sidewalk will be closed from noon on May 20, 2021, until 8:00 p.m. on May 21, 2021.
Traffic will be controlled by flag persons when the lane is closed.
Bicycle lanes and pedestrian sidewalks may also be impacted by this closure.
Please observe all temporary traffic controls and crewmember instructions. Please reduce speeds and allow extra space when traveling adjacent to construction activity. See a map of the affected area.
