Enterprise System Renewal (ESR) Financial Information System (FIS) Implementation Survey
We would like you to provide feedback on the Enterprise System Renewal Financial Information System (ESR FIS). We acknowledge that there have been rollout challenges with the system and we want to do everything we can to fix any issues and make the overall experience better for you. To that end, we ask that you provide your direct and actionable feedback to let us know how we can improve.
Although some survey items will be common to all FIS users, you will be asked to provide in-depth information and feedback on only those processes with which you regularly engage.
