Work Location Status Form: Complete by July 23
Over the past year, many UC San Diego employees experienced changes in their work schedule and location due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As employees re-establish their work arrangements (including on-site, remote and hybrid schedules), it is important that we build and maintain an accurate database of when and where employees conduct their on-site work.
Human Resources and Resource Management & Planning have launched an updated Work Location Status form to gather employee work schedules and locations. In addition to providing a better understanding of where and when people are working on-site, this data will:
help comply with UC San Diego’s legal obligations under AB-119 by providing employee work location information;
inform space planning with the eventual goal of updating the Facilities Information Management system, Tririga, with work location information; and
provide insight into when people are commuting to/from UC San Diego locations and where they might be parking, allowing Transportation Services to better understand transportation needs and patterns.
All UC San Diego employees, including campus and Health, are required to complete and submit the Work Location Status form by Friday, July 23, 2021. Please fill out the form based on your current work arrangement and return to update it if your work location or schedule changes.
