Please join us Tuesday, July 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., as we co-host a Return to Learn Faculty and Research Town Hall.
The Town Hall will feature opening remarks from Chancellor Pradeep K. Khosla, presentations by a panel of campus resources, and a Q&A session moderated by Senior Associate Vice Chancellor Robert Continetti.
Presentations will include updates on the continued impact and state of the COVID-19 pandemic, preparation for local implementation of the university-wide vaccination mandate, planning for the return of faculty, researchers, staff and students to campus, fall instructional planning, new parking and transportation offerings, mental health resources for the campus community, and new guidance to support research activities.
Representatives from the following areas across the campus will be on hand to answer your questions: Offices of the EVC, Research Affairs, Academic Senate, Human Resources, Resource Management and Planning, Sponsored Projects, Contract and Grant Administration, Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Public Health, Parking and Transportation Services, Graduate and Undergraduate Divisions, Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, Information Technology Services, and the Educational and Research Continuity Task Forces.
You are invited to submit questions when you register or during the event itself. While we may not be able to address all questions during the event, we will ensure questions will be answered through the FAQ on the Return to Learn website and the Research Ramp-up FAQs.
