Faculty and Research Town Hall: Monday, Sept. 27

Please join us Monday, Sept. 27, from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m., as we co-host a Return to Learn Faculty and Research Town Hall.

The Town Hall will feature opening remarks from Chancellor Pradeep K. Khosla, presentations by a panel of campus experts, and a Q&A session moderated by Senior Associate Vice Chancellor Robert Continetti.

Presentations will include:

Update on the Light Rail, Impacts, Planning
State of the Pandemic, Variants, Boosters
Update on Vaccine Mandate Implementation
Information about Student Move-In, Student Compliance with Masking and COVID Protocols
Fall Instruction Update
Research Updates and Remarks

Representatives from the following areas across the campus will be on hand to answer your questions: Offices of the EVC, Research Affairs, Student Affairs, Student Health and Well-Being, Human Resources, Academic Personnel, Graduate Division, Resource Management and Planning, International Students and Programs, International Faculty and Scholars, Sponsored Projects, Contract and Grant Administration, Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Public Health, Information Technology Services, University Police, and the Educational and Research Continuity Task Forces.

You are invited to submit questions when you register or during the event itself. While we may not be able to address all questions during the event, we will ensure questions will be answered through the FAQ on the Return to Learn website and the Research Ramp-up FAQs.
