Faculty Town Hall: Friday, January 7

Please join us Friday, Jan. 7, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., as we host a Return to Learn Faculty Town Hall.

In light of our remote return to the quarter, as well as the ever-evolving situation with the omicron variant, we have added this extra town hall meeting to discuss the latest scientific updates and other information relevant to instructors. We appreciate everyone’s understanding on the short notice.

The town hall will feature opening remarks from Chancellor Khosla, as well as both of us, and also presentations by a panel of campus experts, and a Q&A session moderated by Senior Associate Vice Chancellor Robert Continetti.

Presentations will include:

Report on the State of the Pandemic, Variants, Boosters
Campus Housing Updates
Winter Instruction Updates
Student Experience Updates

Representatives from the following areas across the campus will be on hand to answer your questions: Offices of the EVC, Student Affairs, Student Health and Well-Being, the Divisions of Undergraduate and Graduate Education, Housing Dining Hospitality, Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Public Health, and the Educational Continuity Task Force.

You are invited to submit questions when you register or during the event itself. While we may not be able to address all questions during the event, we will ensure questions will be answered through the Return to Learn website.
