CONSTRUCTION ALERT – Sanford Courtyard – Pedestrian Closure Between the Medical Teaching Facility, the Stein Clinical Research Building and the T. Denny Sanford Medical Education and Telemedicine Center
Project Purpose The Sanford Courtyard project will provide new landscaping, irrigation lines, signage and community site furnishings to enhance the public courtyard between the Medical Teaching Facility, the Stein Clinical Research Building and the T. Denny Sanford Medical Education and Telemedicine Center for collaboration, contemplation, rest and play.
Location, Duration and Impacts Construction work will take place in the exterior courtyard area from February 7, 2022 through April 29, 2022. During this time, the sidewalks will be closed.
Please observe all temporary signage and crewmember instructions. Please allow extra space when traveling adjacent to construction activity. See a map of the affected area.
