As part of our continuous efforts to provide the best IT services to UC San Diego, we have scheduled an upgrade to the campus telephone system. During the upgrade, campus telephone services will be unavailable 10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022. This upgrade is part of our commitment to continuous improvements to the telephone service provided to the campus community.
*If you have an emergency during this outage, please use a mobile phone to call 911*
The campus telephone system’s numbers are those that start with 858-534, 858-822, and 858-246. Other phone numbers are supported by a different telephone system and will not be affected.
While all changes are compatible with existing telephone equipment, we anticipate that in some cases you may need to reset one or all of the following three phone features:
1. Accept 2nd Call
2. Follow Me
3. External Call Forward
