Project Purpose
Construction will start on Pepper Canyon Living and Learning Neighborhood (PCLLN) in mid-June 2022. This project is comprised of two 22 and 23-story towers, with connected five-story buildings featuring outdoor terrace seating, retail and open spaces in two large courtyards. The project will provide 1,300 single-occupancy rooms for transfer and upper- division undergraduate students (580,500 gross square feet).
Location and Duration
In mid-June, the project fence-line will be established around the existing Camp Snoopy Student Housing and adjacent surface lot (P406), both of which will be demolished. Project completion is anticipated in fall 2024.
