Process Palooza - Create Your Continuous Improvement Culture

We are pleased to announce that Process Palooza returns to UC San Diego on March 28-29, 2023. Now in its fifth iteration, this unique event celebrates our university’s commitment to business excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The theme of this year's event is "BUILD. UNBUILD. REBUILD. Create your continuous improvement culture” which encourages a campuswide embrace of innovation and empowerment. Everyone is invited!

UC San Diego Chancellor Pradeep Khosla will kick off the event and discuss how a continuous improvement mindset directly supports UC San Diego’s Strategic Plan Goal #5: Supportive Infrastructure.

UC President Michael Drake encourages all UC employees to attend Process Palooza, “a wonderful incubator for business innovation and continuous improvement.” Watch President Drake’s video.
