EVC Simmons’ Five-Year Review Survey

Dear Colleagues:

As was announced in the campus notice issued on April 7, in accordance with University and Regents policies requiring that Senior Management Group (SMG) members be reviewed every five years, a formal five-year review of Elizabeth H. Simmons, Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, has been initiated.

The charge to the review committee is to evaluate Simmons’ performance in the full spectrum of leadership responsibilities as Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (EVCAA). Input from a wide cross section of stakeholders will be essential to this review process. To this end, you will receive an invitation next week to complete a confidential online survey developed to assist with the review committee’s efforts.

Your feedback on this survey, which is anonymous and confidential, will be very valuable for the committee in reviewing and evaluating Simmons’ performance in the EVCAA role. There will be space at the end of the survey for you to share any additional feedback that you would like to provide.
