In support of the five anchors of our UC San Diego People Proposition - equity, inclusion, care, growth and purpose – we are excited to announce the upcoming open application period for the Staff Equal Opportunity Enrichment Program (SEOEP), a fund designated to provide training and career development opportunities for eligible individual staff and departments.
Individual staff members seeking growth in their current role, a promotion, or career change at UC San Diego can receive up to $500 for training activities, and eligible departments can receive up to $5,000.
The application period for SEOEP 2023 – 2024 will begin on May 22, 2023. Individual and department proposals for SEOEP funds must be received by June 14, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.
