Starting
today, August 2, you will notice a new look to the student billing and payment site, TritonPay. The new TritonPay system offers a modern user interface that is mobile-centric, supports flexible payment options, and
offers recurring autopay features.
Accessing the New TritonPay
Students and authorized payers can access the new TritonPay at tritonpay.ucsd.edu.
Students will sign in via single sign on (SSO), and authorized payers will log in once their student has added them as an authorized payer. Please note that authorized payer information will not carry over from the previous system so they will need to be set up as authorized payers again in this new system. The authorized payers will get an email when they are invited by their student and will be prompted to create a password.
Historical Statements
You can view and download past e-Bill statements prior to August 2023 in the old version of TritonPay. Students can log in using their SSO and authorized payers can log in using their old credentials, if they had access to the older version of TritonPay.
We
will be working on transferring historical billing statements from January 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023 into the new system and eventually completely retiring the old TritonPay system (no date on this yet, stay tuned for more information). Once the old system is retired, statements prior to January 1, 2023 can be requested through a ticket in the UC San Diego Student Services & Support portal.
If your authorized payer needs assistance, they can submit a Guest Support ticket for priority assistance. Under Case Information, select Student Payment Support > Online Payment Issues (TritonPay).

you can contact Student Financial Solutions (SFS) via phone at (858) 822-4727 and press 1 for TritonPay help, or visit the office (open Monday-Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thursday from 10
a.m. to 4 p.m.)
