Open Enrollment is also the time for you to enroll or re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) if you want to continue your Health FSA for healthcare expenses for you and your family members, or Dependent Care FSA for childcare or eldercare expenses in 2025. Re-enrollment is not automatic for these plans. If you would like to enroll for one of these plans, you will need to make your new annual election during Open Enrollment.

Our conveniently located specialty pharmacies in Kearny Mesa and La Jolla offer home delivery at no extra cost. Our expert pharmacists connect directly with UC San Diego Health physicians through the electronic medical record (EMR), which makes your care quicker and safer. Our specialty pharmacies have more than a decade of service to patients with unique conditions and are dual accredited with the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) and The Joint Commission.
We work directly with your UC San Diego Health physician, and use the EMR to confirm that your care is the most effective, safe and accurate option available at the lowest possible cost. Using a UC San Diego Health specialty pharmacy can also reduce your out-of-pocket costs, allowing you to receive a 90-day supply of chronic medications for a reduced co-pay. We also offer customized pharmacy services for patients with complex diseases who need extra support.
