CONSTRUCTION ALERT - 5674 Urey Hall 2nd Floor Renovation

Revelle College - Urey Hall west lawn to be used as laydown area and contractor primary access through loading dock. Dumpsters to be located adjacent to Urey loading dock leading to Natural Science Building. Construction is poised to start in Mid-November and run until June 2025.

Project Location/Description:

Urey Hall - 2nd Floor interior lab renovation including minor work on 1st floor for accessibly.

Immediate Parking Lot, Street Traffic, and Pedestrian Impacts:

Some congestion in the loading dock area to be expected due to multiple renovation projects occurring at Urey. No parking will be available in front of NSB as that will be the dumpsters and sanitation station area. Vehicular access to Urey loading dock is to remain clear for access, no contractor parking is permitted at the machine shop, only active loading and unloading permitted. No sidewalk or road closures included, pedestrian access to NSB to be maintained.
