I am sorry to inform you that there was a death this morning at Geisel Library; the individual was not enrolled as a student. Emergency responders, including police, are currently managing the situation. There is no threat to the campus community.
Out of an abundance of caution, Geisel Library is closed for the remainder of the day. Those with plans to attend classes in the library should check their Canvas for additional details on class relocations. Additional information about tomorrow’s building hours will be made available on the Library’s website as soon as possible. WongAvery Library will remain open until 8 p.m.
