The UC San Diego Foundation Seeks Nominations for the 2024 Excellence in Stewardship Awards
First
awarded in June 2013, the UC San Diego Foundation Excellence in Stewardship Awards recognize faculty and staff who exceed expectations by effectively engaging and acknowledging our donors and supporters, helping UC San Diego educate, develop, enrich and care for society.
I
encourage you to nominate eligible colleagues whose ongoing stewardship
efforts build and strengthen deep relationships throughout the community. Please note that employees are not eligible for nomination if
their job description intrinsically requires the stewardship of donors.
This includes Advancement staff, University Communications staff, Government and Community Relations staff, vice chancellors, deans, and other senior administrators or campus leaders.

no later than March 8, 2024. Awardees selected by the UC San Diego Foundation Donor Relations and Stewardship Committee will be notified in
April and recognized by the UC San Diego Foundation in June 2024. Questions regarding the award program may also be directed to Taylor Thomas.
