Upgrade to Single Sign-On System and Refreshed Login Screen
On Friday, Feb. 23, 2024, at 7 a.m., IT Services will perform an upgrade to UC San Diego’s Single Sign-On (SSO) system. We do not expect any outages or service interruptions.

This upgrade provides immediate security enhancements and lays the foundation for future system and security updates. The SSO system provides a secure login for campus and UC applications such as Ecotime, Canvas, UC Path, Tritonlink services, and more.

Following the upgrade, the SSO interface will look slightly different, with the help links moving from the right of the screen to the top navigation as shown below.

Following the upgrade, if you experience any difficulties, 1) check status.ucsd.edu to see if there is a known service degradation or outage, and 2) submit a help request via one of the following methods:
