The Office of the Registrar invites comments on the draft Management of University General Assignment Classroom Space policy.
This policy describes the management of the University’s General Assignment Classroom Space, including who is permitted to use the space for instructional and non-instructional purposes, room changes and cancellations, exams and special requests.
The proposed policy can be found here. If you have comments for submission in response to the policy review, please provide your written comments to Paula Johnson in Information Governance and Policy at policy@ucsd.edu no later than November 12, 2025.
