The University of California is proposing revisions to PPSM-30 (Compensation), which applies to staff employees in the Professional and Support Staff and Managers and Senior Professionals personnel groups, and to PPSM-2 (Definition of Terms), which also applies to members of the Senior Management Group.
PPSM-30 includes proposed updates to align the policy with current practice, provide clarifications, and improve organization. PPSM-2 includes proposed updates to align with the draft edits to PPSM-30.
The revisions to the draft policy are posted on UCnet.
