Report It Now – Help Keep UC San Diego Safe, Functional and Welcoming

For emergencies or crimes in progress, always dial 9-1-1.

But, when it’s not an emergency, UC San Diego encourages all faculty, students and staff to take an active role in maintaining a safe, inclusive and properly-functioning campus by using - Report It Now. Report It Now provides a simple and efficient way to report non-emergency concerns — including facility, maintenance, safety, accessibility, environmental or other issues that may affect the campus experience.

By reporting what you see, you help to ensure that UC San Diego remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Reports are directed to the appropriate campus teams for review and follow-up.

How to Submit a Report

  1. Visit reportitnow.ucsd.edu from any browser or open the UC San Diego Mobile App, go to My Profile and select Report It Now.
  2. Describe the issue or concern. (If using a mobile device, enable location services for faster response.)
  3. Track your request via email updates and provide feedback once resolved.

For reports submitted during the previous seven days and to view the Requests Explorer, visit the Report It Now Dashboard.
