The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is now accepting applications for the 2025-26 Leadership Academy/La Academia de Liderazgo. The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is accepting applications from interested individuals for the program. The program is open to all and aims to increase representation in leadership roles by preparing senior administrators at colleges and universities for top leadership positions.
The year-long program includes webinars and three in-person seminars. The first seminar will be held in Washington, D.C., from April 29 to 30, 2025, as HACU’s 30th National Capitol Forum. The second seminar will be held in San Jose, Costa Rica, on June 12, 2025, at the International Symposium. The third seminar will be held in Aurora, Colorado, from November 1 to November 3, 2025, at HACU’s 39th Annual Conference.

UC San Diego will cover the cost of the registration fees for the applicant(s) selected for the program; the participant and/or participant’s home department is responsible for travel costs associated with the program.
