Tritons Belong Presents: Chancellor's Dialogue for Peace Distinguished Lecture Series

We invite you to attend the inaugural event for the Chancellor’s Dialogue for Peace Lecture Series, featuring Fania E. Davis, Ph.D., Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Jeannie Auditorium, from 5-7 p.m.

Fania E. Davis is a leading international voice on the intersection of racial and restorative justice. She is a long-time social justice activist, civil rights trial attorney, author and educator with a Ph.D. in Indigenous Knowledge. Her numerous honors include the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Restorative Justice, the Black Feminist Shapeshifters and Waymakers’ Award, the Tikkun (Repair the World) Award, the Ella Jo Baker Human Rights Award, and the Ebony POWER 100 Award. The Los Angeles Times named her a New Civil Rights Leader of the 21st Century.

This event is free and open to the UC San Diego community. However, space is limited and registration is required. Register here no later than Monday, May 26, 2025. Light beverages and appetizers will be served. Parking is available at the Scholars Parking Structure (9655 Scholars Drive N., La Jolla, CA 92093).
