U-Pass Has U-Covered
Thanks to students’ overwhelming support in January’s U-Pass referendum, all continuing students and new graduates receive U-Pass benefits over summer quarter at no additional cost. U-Pass now covers the whole NCTD service network, including COASTER rail service. If you were enrolled spring quarter, we hope you’ll take advantage of these new benefits whether for commuting or exploring all that the San Diego region has to offer.
Parking Permit Rate Updates
New parking permit rates for the 2025-2026 fiscal year took effect on July 1, 2025. To view the updated rates for SuperSaver, D, S, SR, Night & Weekend and Motorcycle permits, visit our website.
Pardon Our Dust
Please be alert when driving in parking structures this summer. Crews are busy deep cleaning, updating wayfinding, expanding EV charging and adding cellular repeaters so we can provide Tritons with a better parking experience. Slow down and give workers plenty of space so they can make these improvements safely.
Easier Parking for Summer 2025
First and second year commuters that are typically excluded from purchasing S parking can do so for summer 2025 using a Conference Permit. Log into the parking portal using SSO to purchase a permit valid in both S and SR parking for $6.35/day. This special permit option will be available through September 6, 2025.
