Project Location/Description:
Abatement and demolition of eleven buildings - University Center buildings 104-112, 214 and 215 and the adjacent surface parking lot P412.
Immediate Parking Lot, Street Traffic, and Pedestrian Impacts:
The impact is set to begin on July 31st and anticipated to be complete in February 2026.
There will be no pedestrian access through the site and no access to parking lot P412.
We greatly appreciate your patience as we work with our agency partners to facilitate these access, circulation, and infrastructure improvements.
