Farmers Insurance Open – Traffic and Parking Impacts January 26 to February 2, 2026 |
The Farmers Insurance Open Golf Tournament will begin Thursday, January 29, 2026 and run through Sunday, February 1, 2026. In preparation for the tournament and during the tournament, parking areas in the vicinity will be closed and traffic may be affected. Please observe all signs and traffic control personnel.
The following areas will be impacted by the tournament:

- North Torrey Pines Road: Prepare for increased traffic from Thursday, January 29 to Sunday, February 1. Consider alternative routes or travel times, if feasible.

Parking Lot P386: UC San Diego parking east of Torrey Pines City Park, a.k.a the Gliderport, will be closed from Monday, January 26, 2026 to Monday, February 2, 2026. Please use SuperSaver parking at P782, discount D parking with shuttle service, or purchase A, B or S parking on the Central Campus. Availability information.
- Torrey Pines Center North and South Parking: Expect increased parking congestion from tournament activity. Overflow parking for permitholders is available in Central Campus facilities. Availability information.
