WHAT: Removal of older elevator equipment.
WHEN: Saturday, 3.21.2026, during normal working hours.

WHY: To replace the aging elevators within the building.
HOW: Crane will be placed on Engineers Lane on north east side of Engineering Building Unit I (Jacobs Hall) to remove old equipment. Road access past this point will be blocked and the loading dock between Atkinson Hall and the Powell-Focht Bioengineering Hall may be inaccessible during this time.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO: Find alternate routes. Reschedule any deliveries to the loading dock at this area to another date.
