Parking and Shuttle Modifications for Spring Break 2026

During spring break (March 21–29), Triton Transit will operate on a modified schedule that reflects reduced campus activity. Riders can view live shuttle locations on the web or in the TransLoc app. Parking permit rules will be adjusted to ensure uninterrupted access for campus park-and-ride lot users.

The campus is open during spring break and parking regulations remain in effect. However, “D” permits will be honored in “S” spaces from Monday, March 23 through Thursday, March 26.

Parking payment will not be required and Triton Transit will not operate on Friday, March 27 in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.

Weekday Shuttle Service (Monday – Thursday)

  • Mesa Loop, Inside Loop, and SIO Shuttle will operate between 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. with 30-minute frequency.
  • Triton Mobility will operate 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Regents Express and Outside Loop will not operate.
  • Triton Transit On-Demand will operate 6–10 p.m.

Weekend Shuttle Service (Saturdays and Sundays)

  • Grocery Convoy, Inside Loop and SIO Shuttle will operate 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. with 30-minute frequency.
  • Triton Mobility will operate 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
