Project Location/Description:
This project establishes communications between Revelle Switch Station and SIO Main Substation from 04/27 to 05/08. Remaining underground scope includes labeling and testing terminations of medium voltage cables within electrical manholes E10-11-2 through E10-11-15. These manholes run from SIO Deep Sea Drilling to the Revelle Switch Station via Theater District Drive, Expedition Way and Downwind Way. The work is all within the manholes, traffic will be slowed at certain locations on different days. There will be no rerouting and no closed lanes.
Immediate Parking Lot, Street Traffic, and Pedestrian Impacts:
Traffic on Theater District Drive, Expedition Way and Downwind Way will be intermittently impacted. There will be traffic control in place. There will be no block lanes and no detours.
