Campus Phone Service Interruptions on May 4

Dear Colleagues,

On Monday, May 4 between 7 - 11 p.m., IT Services will perform mandatory compliance-related maintenance on the Mitel MX-ONE PBX phone system.

During this maintenance window, campus telephone services may experience intermittent interruptions and may be temporarily unavailable for all campus buildings.

If you have an emergency during this outage, please use a mobile phone to call 911.

To reach the Campus Police Department, you will need to dial the full 10-digit numbers:

If you have a facility-related issue during the outage, please use a mobile phone to contact the Facilities Management Watch Stander directly at 858-967-2210.

Call Forwarding
For critical voice lines that need to be forwarded to an off-campus number during the outage, please contact the ITS Customer Service team as soon as possible by calling 858-534-4277 or emailing ITS-CustomerService@AD.UCSD.EDU.

Due to the short notice, we may not be able to complete all carrier call-forwarding requests before the maintenance begins, but we will make every effort to support critical needs.
